New Mallala charging practice

At the drivers briefing on Feb 11, it was mentioned that Mallala would be introducing a new charging format in regards garages.
Garages would be left open, and if you used one, the fee for use would be forwarded to the club for payment.
As the karts include garage hire in their event fees, they would not notice it.
How would the club process this. (suggestions from competitors)   I just didn't want to see the club in for more fees if they count open shed doors and onforwared a bill for use.

Would think someone could go around with the club EFTPOS machine and charge the hirer on the day. Club then reimburses Mallala. Shahins might be able to afford the water bill to water the lawn then 😁

Hi, so just to confirm, will garages be open for use and we don't/can't book them through Mallala for regularity meets now?

You need to book garages as part of the entry

Payment for garages needs to be done as part of event entry.

Tick the box, and it adds the amount to the total you are required to pay.
